How do you engage with clients?+
As an embedded team rather than a vendor. We scope the problem with the people who run the process, build inside your existing systems, and stay on for support and further development. You work directly with the engineers, not through an account manager.
What kinds of AI systems do you build?+
Agents that carry out a defined task end to end, language and document systems for search and extraction across your records, optimisation systems for scheduling and allocation, and the integration work that connects them to what you already run.
Will it work with our existing software?+
That is usually the point. Most of our work sits between systems that already exist — an ERP, an accounting package, a records system — and removes the manual handoffs between them. We integrate rather than ask you to replace.
Who owns the code and the data?+
You do. We build in your environment under your access rules, and the intellectual property in bespoke work transfers to you. Our own products are licensed separately and clearly.
Which sectors do you work in?+
Our own products are in education and in health and nutrition, and much of our work is in the finance and back-office operations common to any organisation. The engineering transfers; the domain is something we learn with you.
Do you support what you build?+
Yes. Ongoing support and development come from the team that built the system. We do not hand over to a separate maintenance group.
How do we start?+
Tell us the process costing you the most time. We will come back with a considered view of the approach and the scope, and we usually propose a contained pilot against your real data before any larger commitment.
How much does custom software development cost?+
There is no single price — cost depends on scope, complexity, integrations, design, AI requirements, infrastructure and timeline. We give a considered estimate after a scoping conversation, not a number before we understand the problem.
How long does it take to build a SaaS product?+
An MVP and an enterprise platform have very different timelines. A contained pilot is usually the fastest way to get a real answer for your specific scope, rather than a generic range.
Can you work with an existing engineering team?+
Yes. We can extend your team directly, or take ownership of a defined piece of the system alongside engineers you already have.
Can you modernize legacy applications?+
Yes — upgrading outdated architecture without disrupting the business it currently runs is a common starting point for us.
Do you provide post-launch support?+
Yes, from the same team that built the system — see "Do you support what you build?" above.
