How we work

From Idea to Production

We work the way an in-house engineering team does. That means we learn your domain, sit in your systems, and stay after launch — rather than delivering against a specification and leaving.

Process

How a project moves

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand your business, users, workflows and requirements.

  2. 02

    Design

Define UX, product flows and technical architecture.

  3. 03

    Build

Develop the product using an iterative engineering process.

  4. 04

    Test

Validate functionality, performance, reliability and security.

  5. 05

    Launch

Deploy and monitor the production environment.

  6. 06

    Scale

Continue improving and expanding the product as the business grows.

Engagement models

How a project is commercially structured

Fixed-Scope Project

A defined deliverable, scoped and priced up front. Best when requirements are clear enough to commit to before work starts.

Dedicated Team

Engineers working exclusively on your product on an ongoing basis, managed the way an in-house team would be.

Time & Materials

Billed for the work done, with scope free to evolve — suited to projects where requirements are expected to change as you learn.

Project scope and investment depend on product complexity, integrations, AI requirements and delivery timeline — we give a considered estimate after a scoping conversation, not a number before we understand the problem.

AI solutions — starting from $500

Website and mobile app development — starting from $100

NDA & IP policy

We sign an NDA before the first detailed conversation. The intellectual property in bespoke work transfers to you — you own the code and the data. Our own products are licensed separately and clearly.

Communication

Regular progress updates and demos through a project build, using whichever channel — email, Slack or a shared tracker — fits how your team already works.

Security practices

Access to your systems and data is scoped to what the project needs, under your access rules — not broader than the work requires.
