Challenge

Schools were managing admissions, student records, fees, attendance, timetables, exams, payroll and transport across disconnected systems and manual spreadsheets, with no single source of truth.

Solution

Key modules

• Admissions to student record
• Razorpay fee collection with WhatsApp reminders
• AI timetable generation
• Attendance and exams
• Payroll, HR and expenses
• NEP-enabled, DPDP-compliant, UDISE workflows built in

Outcome
